No Refund Policy
All sales of Celeron software are final. Due to the nature of our proprietary trading algorithms and the immediate access provided to our software, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you understand the product before purchasing.
No Trial Version
Celeron does not offer trial versions or demo accounts. Our software contains proprietary algorithms that cannot be shared in a trial format. We provide comprehensive documentation and support to ensure successful implementation.
Software Licensing
Each Celeron license includes:
- Installation on up to 2 VPS (Virtual Private Server) instances
- Free VPS changes upon request (subject to verification)
- Lifetime software updates and improvements
- Technical support and implementation guidance
The software is licensed per VPS and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed. Violation of licensing terms will result in immediate termination of access.
Security & Privacy Policy
Celeron is committed to protecting your privacy and security:
- We do not trade on client accounts or access your trading capital
- All trading decisions remain under your complete control
- Your broker credentials and account information are never shared
- Our software operates locally on your VPS without external data transmission
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
Risk Disclosure
Celeron is a high-risk trading platform. High-frequency trading and investment on this platform involve a substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Celeron does not guarantee profits and does not prevent losses.
All risks shall be borne solely by the client. Celeron, its operators, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of this platform, including market risk, platform risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. By using Celeron you confirm: I hereby agree to this risk disclosure and accept full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions.
Commission Abuse & Account Suspension
Warning: Abuse of commission accounts is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, farming referral, matching, withdrawal bonus, or other commission income through fake, duplicate, circular, or otherwise manipulated accounts.
Accounts found abusing commissions may be suspended or terminated without notice. Related commissions may be reversed or clawed back. Celeron’s determination of abuse is final.

All Celeron clients receive comprehensive support including setup assistance, strategy optimization guidance, and ongoing technical support. Our team provides mentorship to help you maximize the potential of our trading algorithms while maintaining proper risk management.
